Aesop recently concluded its first National User Group at the Royal Plaza in Orlando, FL. The National User Group provided over 60 HR professionals and school administrators from 41different districts across the nation with the chance to learn new ways to utilize the Aesop system from a number of informative sessions. The conference also gave attendees the opportunity to network with other Aesop users from around the country and enjoy the Orlando area attractions.

The National User Group Family Reunion event welcomed district administrators, HR managers and business managers across the nation who currently use the Aesop substitute placement and absence management system. Informative sessions instructed attendees on several new features of Aesop and also offered several tips to increase efficiency and productivity in current district processes. Aesop provided guests with passes to the Disney ® park of their choice for Thursday night, since the conference was ideally located close to the majority of the area's theme parks and attractions.

"I think it was the perfect location," said one school administrator. "The accommodations were very conducive to the activities, it was just a short, very pleasant walk to Downtown Disney."

The first ever National User Group received encouraging feedback from attendees, who praised it for its informative sessions and friendly environment. One attendee also commented on the unique networking opportunity the National User Group provided. "It was great to get together with other districts to get tips on how they used Aesop differently than my district."

One administrator summed up the National User Group appropriately: "Very informative, well organized and well thought out."
